Using the website and the games

The games are free to play in your browser, for your personal, non-commercial use. No account is needed. Please do not try to disrupt the website, access it in an abnormal way (automated mass requests, attacks), or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The games, graphics, sounds, music, texts and trailers are made by Rempara and are protected by intellectual property law. You may share links to our pages and games, and quote short extracts with credit. Any other copying, resale, or reuse of the games or their content requires our written permission.

Availability and changes

We do our best to keep the website and games available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or the absence of errors. Games and features may change, and saves stored in your browser may be lost if you clear your browser data. We may update these terms; the date below shows the latest version.

Liability

The website and the games are provided as they are, free of charge. To the extent the law allows, Rempara is not liable for indirect damages arising from their use. Nothing here limits the rights that consumer protection law gives you.

Third-party services and links

Our pages link to services such as YouTube and itch.io, and we publish videos on YouTube and TikTok; their own terms apply there. See our privacy policy for how we use the TikTok and YouTube APIs (publication of our own videos on our own accounts only).

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. If a dispute cannot be settled amicably, the competent French courts apply, without prejudice to any mandatory rule protecting consumers in their country of residence.
