How to play Pirate Checkers
On the deck of the ship, your little pirates in red bandanas take on the blue crab gang. Tap a pirate and its squares light up. Tap a square, or drag the pirate onto it. A pirate moves one square diagonally and captures a crab by jumping over it. If it can jump again, it keeps going!
When a capture is possible, you must take it: the pirates that have to capture flash yellow. A pirate that reaches the far side becomes a captain and can move backwards too. Level after level: a bigger board, barrels blocking the way, a treasure chest to protect, and crabs that get smarter and smarter.

Tips for Pirate Checkers
- When a pirate flashes yellow, it must capture: tap it, then tap the green square behind the crab.
- Keep your back-row pirates home as long as you can: the crabs can't be crowned there.
- Move your pirates in pairs: a pirate backed up by another one can't be jumped.
